What we collect and why
A quote request may include your name, phone, email, suburb, postcode, state, dates, use case, unit type, quantity and access notes. We use this information to assess the request, identify potential suppliers by service area and unit capability, contact you about the request, prevent abuse and measure service performance.
Who receives it and how long it is kept
Quote information is accessible to the directory operator and may be disclosed to up to three potential independent suppliers selected for the location and requested unit type. During manual review, we first share an anonymised brief and disclose your contact details only after a supplier confirms it may be able to help. Quote records are retained for 12 months and then deleted or de-identified unless they must be retained longer for security, dispute-resolution or legal purposes.
Your choices and security
You can decline to submit a request, ask for access or correction, request deletion where applicable, or complain about handling by contacting the operator through the Contact page. We use access controls, rate limiting, spam protection, encrypted transport and secrets kept outside the repository. Optional marketing consent is separate from quote-processing consent.
