What a live quote request would collect
A production quote request may include your name, phone, email, suburb, postcode, state, dates, use case, unit type, quantity and access notes. The purpose is to match a hire enquiry by service area and unit type, contact you about the request and measure directory performance.
Who receives it and how long it is kept
After launch, the submitted brief would be shared with up to three matched independent hire companies and the directory operator needed to route and support the enquiry. The operator must publish a retention period before enabling live collection, then delete or de-identify records when that period ends.
Your choices and security
You can decline to submit a request, ask for access or correction, request deletion where applicable, or complain about handling by contacting the operator through the Contact page. Production must use access controls, rate limiting, spam protection, encrypted transport and secrets kept outside the repository. Optional marketing consent is separate from quote consent.
